Hotel room was sort of small, but is still clean and cozy. it is located with Raspail Metro station and 10 minutes walk to the montparnasse station. I can visit tourists spot with all public transportation so easily. I have asked some requests to hotel staffs and they take care of me with kindness.

Couples Germany, July 23, 2012	Very nice hotel Great location, close to Gare Montparnase, nice restaurants and bars in the area 8 The hotel is very well situated, close to the Gare Montparnasse. Around the area of Edgar Quinet Metro, about 5 minutes walk from the hotel, there are many nice bars and restarants. The room was nicely decorated, and very clean, the bathroom spacious. The lobby was nicely decorated, the staff very helpful. WIFI was for free. The hotel served good breakfast. Roomservice till 2.30 in the morning, very convenient.

Metro location is handy. 9 excellent boutique hotel with helpful english speaking reception staff. can't fault the room we were given. good sized bedroom with comfortable bed, air con and separate heater. double vanity and consistently warm towel warmer (which uses the hot water system) in bathroom were handy. separate lounge also meant more room. bath robes & free wifi are nice touches too. location wise, it's next to a metro & down the road from the rer line too, and is so close to montparnasse shops & restaurants (also had cafe/bars downstairs) a large supermarket monprix was also about 8min walk down the road. the hotel is also opposite a cemetery so a tip may be to request either a floor where u can't see past the tall trees to cemetery or request the side not facing the cemetery. there was also an instance when house keeping must have used a dirty mop in our bathroom / toilet which made the bathroom & toilet stink. it wasn't really remedied for the next 4 days so that was one let down, which i'm sure is a one off. all in all very good value hotel for your money. Hotel Feature Tip: Request no cemetery view, request comfort tray (kettle & coffee/tea), buy own milk as this was not provided.

The rooms are small but pretty and clean. The staff is extremely kind and helpful. We think the breakfast is really what needs improvement, since the choice is very limited. For instance you have to pay extra for cheese and/or ham!

Business travelers Malaysia, September 12, 2009	Unreasonable Price The hotel overall are good 5 This could be the only hotel that don't encourage customer for repeat business, we have booked for 2 nights stay (Mon & Tue) in this hotel and so far we were happy with it then we booked another 2 nights (Thu & Fri) and plan to go for a day trip somewhere else; however we change our plan and inform front desk to continue our stay for Wed as well, the person in-charge (bossy lady) told us unable to offer same rate as booked online and wanted to charge EUR50 more for the additional night. We are unhappy with this but to avoid moving around so we decided to proceed but when we check out they charge EUR70 more than online rate and told us this is what their lady boss instructed and no one dare to make any change… unbelievable and definitely no repeat business from us anymore !!
