Literally only five minutes walk from Opera Garnier and close to everything of interest in this area, this is a great choice for its value. The rooms are nicely decorated and are not exactly cheap so it probably does not class as a budget hotel but it is selected primarily for its value because it delivers with enough and yet is still in a prime location.
