Great Location, close to Champs Elysees

The hotel is typical for a 3-4 star Paris hotel. The rooms are on the small side, but well appointed. The best aspect of the hotel is the location. It is only 150 meters to the Champs Elysees, close to the Arc de Triomphe. Easy access to the Metropolitain. The staff were very friendly and although we arrived early, could use the gym and shower facilities. The bar/lounge is a happening place and good spot to enjoy and early evening drink. The gym is well equipped.

We chose this hotel because of the name Hotel California and I've always loved that song. That aside, I have been to Paris a few times and I really enjoyed this hotel better than the others I've stayed at. I think this hotel is very good value for money. The rooms are bigger than the other hotels I've stayed at in Paris for the same price. The location is fantastic - very close to the action. We were not able to book tickets to Moulon Rouge online as it was sold out, but the staff at the hotel was able to book tickets for us at the same price as the online price. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. Overall, I had no complaints about this hotel, it was a very comfortable stay and I would definitely stay there again and would recommend this hotel to anyone.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
We jumped on the big bus tour around Paris and found that to be a great way to tour the city.

hotel is well decorated with great selection of arts. Front desk staffs are always there to assist our needs and friendly. The room, thought it was smaller than expected, it nevertheless, well equipped with tasty interior. Bed for two is wonderful and confortable,
Shopping Tip:
the location is well located with vast selections of restaurants. Hotel services are good and the interior is excellent. I would strongly recommend friends to stay at the hotel and would certainly be my regular in my next visit to Paris.

just a few minutes walk to Champs Elysees, many shops and restaurants near by, and around 8 minutes walk to the George V Station. The room was clean with comfortable bed, staffs were polite, friendly and informative, but the wifi should be improved as we cannot connect in our room, or it is not an advantage for tourists when making choice that hotel provide the free wifi. Also, same as many feedback, there's no complimentary water in the room. Lastly, the drains had a little bit clogged that the toilet in our room quite wet after shower. In conclude, we enjoy our stay very much and will recommend to whom are going to travel in Paris~! and will be back for our next visit~!

Initial impression was not positive as we had to wait until 4PM before we were able to move in our room. As usual, rooms via Agoda are usually at the backside for obvious reasons, so no nice view.
The location is nice and convenient next to the major shopping areas of the champs elyssees with an entrance to the Champs Elyssees Arcade, a well-know high-end shopping arcade.
Location is just around the corner of Avis Car Rental which is very convenient if you rent from Avis and/or Budget car rental to return your car as you don't need a car in Paris.
Before 7.30AM there are no activities in the hotel, so no concierge service which is inconvenient when you have to leave for the airport before that time. Taxi reservation needs to be done the previous day. Trip rate to CDG around Euro 80. Good Chinese restaurant opposite the hotel.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
I don't think I can add anything about what is not known in Paris as it is the most exciting and overall beautiful city in the world. Our hotel is just around the corner of the famous Lido, but the Euro 200 dinner-show was disappointing compare to the many shows we saw previously. Moulin Rouge was booked for 3 weeks so I believe most other shows are better. The famous Jules Verne fine-dine restaurant in the Eiffel Tower also need 1 week advance booking.

Amazing hotel, friendly and great staff!!
Room was perfect, hotel staff were ewxcellent, friendly and always willing to assist.

we were concerned whether the internet comments were a fair refelection of the hotel and we were not dissapointed in any way. the hotel was truely excellent with good people. from the time we arrived to the time we departed we had no problem. the rooms were good with very comfortable beds and most importnat good pillows. only one suggestion to the hotel, try have wifi available in the rooms, not a big issue but would have been convenieint.
Nightlife Tip:
Crazy Horse Show well worth seeing!!
