Groups Netherlands, January 21, 2013	Friendly people, very small old rooms Situation in centre, next to Louvre, etc 3.7 I didn't get what I asked for, I asked for a room with two seperate beds, because I travelled with my son, got a dirty old room with a 1.10 m bed, they told me there are no fixed rules for a two person bed. I could take a bigger one for two nights and had to pay 62 euro's extra. If I wanted an extra bed had to pay 15 euro's extra a night. My son was locked in a toilet on the stairway, the door was stucked and the handle got out, wasnt fixed Never again A real bad experience Besides the extra costs and refusal to give me what I reserved for

Carlyn M. Couples United States of America, November 19, 2012	tiny tiny tiny location 4 The rooms are tiny and the walls are paper thin (thank you couple next door). I had mixed feelings about the staff, rooms were not ready when we arrived so had to wait in the "lobby" for 30 minutes. Bathrooms were in a closet. There was only one outlet plug and it was practically on the ceiling. The location made it easy to walk to things but beware-- this hotel is considered to be in the red light district! We were two 22 yr old females staying there & felt safe but were creeped out by the vibes of the place. Overall it was only worth it for the price. Hotel Feature Tip: Showers are an additional 2.50 euro!!
