if you are looking for an economic hotel in paris, then i think it's decent for you to stay.
you can enjoy not crowded place near the hotel.
the hotel staff is not that nice (he was little bit busy to call someone on the phone every time i asked him). but, he tried his best to serve, communicate and do his things for customers.

the hotel was under construction, so i might not able to give a fair comment here. the corridor was smell and dark.
the room was fine, the bathroom was nice.

Stay was good for a short period. Don't expect anything more than needed at this hotel. Breakfast is very expensive and not fulfilling, internet is terrible in rooms.
