Nice Hotel in a good location

This was a nice hotel about 15-20 minutes from the Eiffel Tower (by train). The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. The bed was definitely not a King as anticipated and the rooms were small, but everything was adequate for our 3 night stay. The staff was very helpful in planning our sightseeing trips around Paris.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Purchase several train passes in advance so you can just go to whatever station you choose, instead of having to find one with a machine. Someone at the hotel recommended that we take the bus to our destination so we could see the city, but it took about 2-3 times as long as the subway, was cramped, and more of a hassle than it was worth. We stuck to the train.

it was the most comfortable bed during our whole trip in europe, dry linen and very comfortable mattress.
the surrounder area was under construction, but the room was noise proof.
staff at reception area is helpful.
we had the best croissant in paris at the cafe next to mcdonalds at vincent rd.
however, the bathroom is extremely small.

I was only in Paris for one night to have a little wander after on my way back to London, heading back from Brittany,
I did not expect to find such a lovely little hotel in my price range!
The rooms are small, cosy and perfectly formed! And service was friendly and efficient.
I was very happy with the area, it was lovely to explore, and there were so many lovely restaurants within easy walking distance,
I would stay there again!

very chean, the hotel is near to the subway staion, and a police sation nearby.

the room is very clean,but rather small. there is a police station next to the hotel no more than 10m, which makes me and my wife feel safe. and you just need walk 3 mins to the subway station.

A Very Polished Hotel

La Manufacture is one of favourite hotels in France and excellent value for money.
Easy to find (2 min from d'italie metro)
Nice decor and room comfort (though quite small)
Strong and free wifi (a very rare find indeed!)
Friendly staff with excellent English
English newspapers!
We'd definitely seek it out again next time we're in Paris.

first of all, i have to say this hotel is great value. it is situated in a nice location, near the metro (1 minute walk) and a lot of restaurants/cafes. the staff is very helpful, and the rooms (while a bit small) are clean and well appointed. it's not 5-star but i hardly stay in my room during the day anyway.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The best way to see Paris is via the Metro. Most attractions are accessible by Metro and if you want to do tours, book them in advance since a lot of the entry tickets to museums and tourist sites have long lines for tickets.

5 min walk from the metro station, but it's not easy to find as the hotel is located in a very tiny road. The best price doesn't include breakfast that makes us quite disappointed. The service at reception is good, but the hotel is just lack of facilities. It cannot be said as a hotel but a B and B but without the 2nd B.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
better with a detailed map with you or search it in google map before going. No kettle and fridge in room.
