Hotel people were very friendly and helped where they could! The house is old and the furniture also. The carpet should be changed, even if the charme of the old house shall be kept. Rooms were small, but this seems typically original frensh. The hotel is cheap for its location just 5min walk to Eiffel Tower. That's nice. We booked no breakfast , but had it every morning at the Champes de Mars at the Tower.

The place is pretty good. Close to the market and convenient for buying fruit and eating. Also not far away from Metro.
Reiver. But the room condition is poor. Very crowd and not clean enough. Room towers are not clean enough, too.

the hotel was located very close to the eiffel tower. the hotel staff were very helpful. the room that we stayed was very small and it was not upto the mark. with such price range, we expected a better room. there were no charging point in the room which was really anoying.

Location was a super plus for this hotel. Definitely a hotel to recommend for short stays. Walkable distance to Eiffel Tower and Metro stations. Markets and restaurants are just next door. Jap food, Western food, and Italian food are all available.Rooms are small, very small in fact but given the time spent in the room are minimal so it does not really affect us. Do not hold high expectations or else u could be quite disappointed. Carrefour is just within a 5 mins walk. Not a luxurious hotel to look forward to. Just a simple bed to accomodate your night stay and bathroom to refresh yourself.

location is near the Effiel Tower, but with reasonable prices for restaurant nearby.

But location is good, there are many cafe ,restaurant,supermarket ,starbucks nearby,
which with reasonable prices, as it's belong to local French life area.
The hotel will help to contact the shuttle bus to airport,which price is one person,
which with reasonable price,as it will takes from airport to here by metro already.
We leave at 4 o'clock at morning to airport ,but the driver arrives on time.very good.
Shopping Tip:
I loved one cafe restaurant ,which just beside this hotel ,its name is "Roussillon",
the breasfast is only , with ham,eggs,orange,fruit,cart..
and you could enjoy the Rose wine at night ..I love their waiters, they are so kind and enthusiastic.
And I found one excellent Macaron shop, which boss is Japnese. I love their Macarons, much better than other shops i tried. I bought several boxes of Macarons for my friends from here.
Next Time if I come to Paris, maybe I will change the hotel for bigger one, but I will come back for this cafe and Macaron shop.

Great location! But that about it really.

You get what you pay for!!
Room were OK, beds were hard but after a days travailing
slept very well. Show was old but clean.
Friendly staff but don't think I would stay again.
Shopping Tip:
Green grocers below the hotel are very expensive or just say us coming not sure which!!
