excellent location, but poor facility
just near the Gare de l'Est

It is just near the Gare de l'Est (East Station) and it is very convenient for tourist to travel around Paris and even to other part of French.
However, the facility is poor. I chose the room with "basic bathroom". Although I knew it does not provide the common facility as other hotel, I found shocked when I found the toilet bowl flush isn't working and the "bathroom" door was broken that it cannot be closed...Besides you have TV, which has no signal. I can accept a basic facility but I cannot feel the sincerity of service. But some clerks (not all) are nice. For short stay it is an acceptable choice.
Restaurant Tip:
you can find a lot of restaurants since it is also close to Gare du Nord (the North Station).

The bathroom do not have door! How poor facility is.
Bed is dirty and very narrow. It is hard to sleep for 6-feet height.
the room is not very clean and we find many dead fly inside!

Skromný hotel s totálně arogantním recepčním

After arriving to the hotel we recieved a different room than we booked. We booked a room with a shower and a toilet in the room and got a room without the toilet and the toilet was on the floor. After complaining to the receptionist we were told that they send amount of money without their provision (14%) and for this money we have rights just for the room without the toilet. I think it´s nonsense but there was no reasonable conversation with the receptionist
