Hotel Description

Near the slopes of Montmarte, this small economy hotel is close to the metro and the RER. Cheap and basic accommodation can be found anywhere in Paris, but the Hotel Meridional manages it with friendly staff and a convenient location. Situated in a quiet side street, this B&B-style property is a short walk from Brochant or Lafourche metro stops and the Montemarte Cemetery is just up the road. Accommodations are clean and compact, all rooms with private baths and an onsite continental breakfast served in a pleasant little courtyard. The walk to the metro will uncover many cute Parisian shops and cafes, and for those keen on walking, the Moulin Rouge is about 30 minutes away.

Saulius C. Couples Lithuania, February 15, 2013	Nice stay Nice hotel, helpful staff 8 The hotel not so far from the center. 5 min. walk to metro stations. The room we stayed was very nice and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Just the hotel manager was kind of rude when there appeared some problems with the reservation and she couldn't make any effort to solve it by herself.

Nice looking clean rooms. friendly staff and great loaction for getting to other parts of paris. 7.7 the hotel was clean and looked nice. the staff were friendly and polite. the location was great, easy to get to other parts of paris via metro or bus. there were plenty of places to eat nearby, loads of restaurants and cafe's, especially halal ones which was a big plus for me. there were also groceries and a supermarket nearby which was great. downside the rooms are tiny, could barely move around in the bathroom/toillette. there was only 1 tiny bin in the room which was a pain in the bum. we didn't at the hotel much as we were out most of the time so it didn't matter about the size of the room. but all in all i would recommend it for singles or couples and people on a short stay. Restaurant Tip: Don't bother paying for breakfast at the hotel. We ate out which is probably cheaper and nicer.
