Great customer service, popular restaurant (B.I.A.) beside, convenience store opposite. 5 The staff was very helpful in all our queries. Do take the airport shuttle especially if you have a lot of luggage as you have to climb a lot of flight of staircase if you take the metro. Rooms were nicely decorated, although a bit small. It would be better if the hotel can provide kettle for hot water, especially during cold weather. Bathroom can be equipped with a simple stand for guest to put shampoos etc. Doesnt cost much, but very helpful for guests.
