Small but smart hotel in a great location

Upon arrival, we were somewhat disappointed by the exterior, which appeared aged. We later discovered that most hotels in Paris are the same, given the nature of the buildings, which date back decades.
Once inside, we found the interior to be nicely done, with every space smartly designed for optimal use. Staff are highly efficient and courteous. Room was not big, but comfortable enough to fit 2. Free wifi was a nice touch.
Breakfast spread was not big, but you can feel that much thought has gone to the selection of food. Food quality was satsifactory.
Overall, its excellent location, just a minute's walk to the famous Champs Elysees, should compensate for any shortcomings.
Shopping Tip:
Beware of the "markup" on exchange rates by credit card companies. Add at least 3% to the prevailing rate.

Small, compact, friendly and great location

Exterior may not be much to look at, but the interior is nice and compact. Staff are efficient and friendly. Room is small, but intelligently designed to optimise the space.
Try the breakfast. It is more worth it than eating at restaurants outside.
Shopping Tip:
Dress up to shop at luxury boutiques. You get treated better.

Chose to have breakfast at the nearby "Spanish" cafe - fabulous 8.50 euros for one person - more than enough for my 8 year old daughter and myself!

Cozy rooms, lovely with different color theme
very close to Champ Elysees, free internet wifi @ lobby and room. free flow of coffee, tea and cinnamon crackers @ lobby and clean.

Our stay was for 3 nights and 4 days. When we made a check-in, the receptionist said there's no reservation under my name, so we should wait for another 20 minutes. He gave us 2 rooms but in different floor, it's a pity. The next day, the offered another room, bigger but di air conditioner didn't work. We made a complaint but the technician it's hard to get. For compesation, we've got breakfast for the next morning. It was nice breakfast in a cozy breakfast room. They should provide shower caps, small thing but big thing for lady travellers.

this is where i'd stay again in paris. location off the champs élysées and surrounded by lots of restaurants and shops- its perfect. whenever i want to retreat to paris, this is where we'll stay.
we had 3 groups one with a one year old and it was great. staff friendly and accommodating.
only thing was the road is a one way road and on both nights we were woken up by cars honking for a long time and people subsequently shouting in the street. nothing to do with the hotel but very annoying. get a room that is at the back of the hotel and not one facing the road.
otherwise a great boutique hotel that ticks all the boxes!!
