Great neat hotel at a perfect location

my girlfriend and i spent three nights in hotel saint paul le marais, without any notice or problems we were able to have an early checkin so we could change our clothes and get into paris. the guy behind the desk was very nice and was of great support when we had a few questions regarding the area and nice spots to eat/have breakfast.
the hotel is just half a minute walk away from rue de rivoli and eventhough it also has a street below you won't hear a thing due to the double glass. you can also acces line 1 of the paris metro with a few minutes walk, so it is a great location for site seeing. the notre dame for example is also just 10 minutes away and great for a late night walk.
overall we loved the tidy and clean rooms and the service of the hotel. this will be the first hotel we will check when we decide to return to paris!

The St Paul has been very well refurbished and makes the most of typically small French bedrooms, using the space very intelligently. The breakfast is nicely varied with a reasonable amount of choice and the location is brilliant. The St Paul offers good value compared with some comparable, over priced hotels.
Restaurant Tip:
Le Petit Marche in the Rue du Bearn is very good and full of French as well as tourists but do book - it is always full.

Good hotel in a good location. This hotel feels very homely and the rooms are quirky! Staff were lovely and the breakfast was fantastic! This feels like a true parisien hotel. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to a friend! Great hotel!
