Hotel Description

This is a good location for a small hotel with less than 20 rooms but lots of character, charm, especially when staffed by professional folks. Literally only minutes from the Eiffel Tower Metro stop, this place is on the Paris map, despite its small size. Guests who stay here have raved about the delicious breakfast and they loved the option of having it in their room, which is a nice French tradition. The rooms are as large as any boutique hotels in Paris, which means they are small. But the charm shows and the pleasant staff more than make up for any deficiencies in real estate.

The man at the desk was extremely agressive and unhelpful. He told me if I had booked on the internet the internet should provide a receipt. I can understand this but his manner and impoliteness was not necessary. I have NEVER been treated in such a way before by a hotel receptionist. Most hotels will provide something which verifies my stay for my boss. Is this is an example of there staff it was very bad. When I arrived the other receptionist asked for my cedit card in case I use the mini bar. This I also found very rude and lack of trust towards the guests. The hotel was clean, tghe location central but I will not go back because of the staff !

Business travelers United States of America, January 21, 2013	Great location but very small rooms Friendly service, cute decor 9.3 Location is pretty good, very good price compared to other hotels that are just 1km away. The worst part of the hotel other than the small rooms is the fact that the rooms are so close to each other and you can hear someone sneeze next door. So hope for considerate neighbors, or if you are a heavy sleeper, then it shouldn't be a problem. Also, they charge you for breakfast but they don't tell you until you check out!! 12 Euros per breakfast! But then again, it's Paris...! Shopping Tip: Only a 15 minute walk to Champs Elysees!!
