It is well placed in the city. Rooms are clean, and the staff is available and nice. Bad point internet is not free. It is a good hotel for touristic activities.

Couples France, January 01, 2013	Parisian hotel, in Paris intra-muros immediate proximity of Oberkampf underground station, and very close to Republic place 5 Which means : small rooms, cheap furnitures (and it is a euphemism) service almost inexistant, and utilities (like water system) of another age (toilets not properly working, water leaks because seals has not been changed..). There is a lift, but it is so small that even one normal (slim) person can hardly fit in it with one luggage. The good points being : immediate proximity of Oberkampf underground station, and very close to Republic place.
