This lovely boutique hotel with an interesting history which includes royalty from the time of Napoleon is a great choice for this area of Paris. The hotel was a townhouse of the Duke of Morny who as also the step-brother of Napoleon III. The location near the Gare Saint Lazare (train station) is also very close to some of the best department stores of the city. Rooms are well kept and clean and the decoration style fits well with the buildings history. It underwent a full renovation in 2005 and it stands as tall today as it ever has.

In the past the hotel Jardins de Paris Morny Saint Lazare used to be the town house of the Duke of Morny, half-brother of Napoleon III and founder of the seaside resort of Deauville. It was turned into a hotel during the twentieth century, but the original spirit remains.
