Some renovation required 7 not a bad experience because of the location and size of the rooms. however, hotel is old and it is everywhere -- from elevator to the barman who cannot make modern cocktails. though, service was ok, if not taking into consideration a russian-speaking girl at reception, which did not apologize for that our room had cleaned and closed regardless of the late checkout agreed earlier -- that was a real fun for her! Shopping Tip: Saint Honore Street is around the corner. 100m is Mandarin Oriental, where very interesting cocktails are served and great desserts are cooked.

Families with older children Philippines, April 14, 2012	Location, location, location. lafayette is just 15 min walk and just behind st. honore. 8.3 The room given to us is considerably big though a bit old. Staff are very courteous and attentive. I asked the concierge to book my family at the blue elephant which they successfully did considering that it was a friday and normally it is a full house. When my son lost his mobile phone they made extra effort of checking with blue elephant if they saw it. Travel tip: if you want to be right smuck at the shopping area, this is the hotel you should stay.

Business travelers Australia, March 24, 2012	Gernerally we were disappointed with our stay central location 5.7 unfortunately i had a bad reaction to the dust mites in the bed and scratched all night. the service staff did try to get rid of the problem by vaccuming the bed etc but it didn't help. we also found the staff rather casual in their concern. after our wonderful stay in excelsior parco hotel capri the lotti was a big let down. also i was not able to access wifi in our room and had to go down to the lobby to do this which was very inconvenient. i could access the weston next door but of course had no codes to do this. next visit to paris will go back to the astoria.

Han sido unos días geniales y el hotel ha ayudado. En pleno centro de París, a pesar de ser caro, en comparación con otros de la misma zona no lo es tanto, y si buscas un poco por internet, encuentras ofertas. La primera noche estuvimos en una habitación pequeña que daba a un patio. Tras reclamar, nos movieron a la siguiente noche a otra enorme con vistas a la calle (tranquila) y en el último piso. Las habitaciones son acogedoras, con ese aire antiguo, pero encantador, de París. El personal es muy atento y hablan diferentes idiomas. Mi mujer y yo hemos salido muy contentos de la estancia en el hotel.

Mariko I. Families with older children Japan, May 03, 2012	ロケーションがよく、部屋もほどよい広さロケーションがよい、タクシー乗り場がホテル前 7.3 歴史的な建物でロビーも独特の雰囲気があり、5階の通りに面した部屋だったので、窓からヴァンドーム広場やチュイルリー公園を見渡すことができました。ロケーションがよく、美術館やショッピングも徒歩圏内です。ホテルの部屋はスーツケースを二人分広げても十分で、バスタブつきでした。部屋の料金表示はとなっていましたが、これよりかなりお得な料金で宿泊できたので満足です。
