This 18th century hotel is a delightful surprise with its modern interior and high tech rooms. The staff were very friendly and helpful in all respects. The breakfast are pricey but the quality of all the food was excellent. Great location , close to all the high end shops , metros and sightseeing places. Definitely highly recommended.
Travel tip:
Diagonally across from the hotel is a restaurant which is a great place for an alternative cheaper breakfast or for a night cap at the end of the night. The friendliness of the staff could be improved but good value.

TV was always have some problems. Passage way to room is so dark due to painting in black. Some countries thought that black color represents sorrow, death, of funeral. Room services were never delivered complete set of essential ingredients such as ketchup, butter or else. Most of all it closed on Sunday.

The service was a great service, they have help me with everything I need. The staff also concern with the baby I have so they give me a creb without I am asking for it. It is aan extra mile they have done for my stay. They need to improved their room service selection to meet international traveler.
Hotel Feature Tip:
They have the best tv entertainment in europe, they have all selection of the movie and also they have interernet in room. So we be able to use it every time we was in the room.

The hotel is located in a premium location and has excellent rooms. The rooms are very well furnished and the hotel is newly renovated. Highly recommended on all counts for all travel requirements. Well worth the extra you are paying. Service staff are very well trained and helpful. Speak great english too.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. Hotel was in nice condition. The room was big enough and nicely decorated. The bed and bedding were so comfortable to sleep in. The service was excellent especially staffs at the front. There are also generous selection of free in house movies which we didn't find anywhere else we stayed before.
The drawback is that we expected our room to come with balcony (as specified in room features) but we were told that there re no such room! No point upgrading and paying for premium room without additional features. The hotel is a little off the main road, so getting taxi may be a challenge especially rush hours in morning and evening. Better to walk to main streets to get taxi.
Restaurant Tip:
Must try very nice Thai rest restaurant called Siamin! Just around the corner
