Easy access to public transport systems, good restaurants close by and cleanliness.

Very please with the environment and location. The metro stations is just a wink away so do the shopping galleries namely Lafayette and Printemps. Hotels staffs speak good English and very helpful. Breakfast choice in the hotel is limited and the price is a little steep. Overall a very pleasant stay and highly recommended for free and easy travellers.

Opposite Saint Lazzare station, and if u need taxis, cross the road and there is a taxi stand there. Couldn't ask for more.

Read great reviews on Agoda and decided to give this place a try. Glad we weren't disappointed.
The hotel is good value-for-money in costly Paris. Good comfy room and great service. The receptionists were all very friendly and speak good English.
The hotel also has a good location. A metro station is right in front of the hotel, and there's carrefour within walking distance. About 15 mins walking distance away is Lafayette and another metro station Chausée d’Antin La Fayette. From this station, you can easily access other places of interest. Alternatively, if you're up for walking, Boulevard Haussman is nearby. Follow the boulevard to places of interest like Arc d Triomphe etc.

The hotel is just beside the train station. Nice restaurants are just near the hotel. The staff helped us to book airport shuttle and also some shows. The hotel is near to major shopping malls such as La Fayette. The room is clean and facing the train station.

To expound on the best things stated above:
Location- easy walk to the roissy bus stop which took us to and from the airport within 30min of getting on the bus. This was my first trip to Paris so It was such a great feeling that i didnt have to worry or have any excuse about being late or missing my flight or getting lost in finding the hotel. Also, you' re right next to the metro station which is literally like a mall. We bought our daily essentials at the grocery store inside. We never dined in because right downstairs at the corner of the block, they served decent breakfast. Take note that it is also very close to Lafayette and Printemps. As Agoda only offered us twin bed occupancy at that time, we contacted the hotel if they could spare us a double bed room instead. to our surprise they even upgraded us to a bigger room with a view of the Eiffel Tower. The only drawback ( which is not the hotel's fault) is that there is some road construction happening right outside the hotel entrance which makes it unpleasant at first, but when you weigh all the pros of it, and when construction ends, I think this hotel will be tops!
Staff efficiency- I never met those that fixed our room after we'd leave early every morning, only to return late in the afternoon. It felt like there were magical elves! I like also that the hotel was keen on protecting the environment with notices in the toilet. At the front desk, they spoke good English and would help us on any tour enquiries. Take note that you can leave your bags if you arrive early before checkin time or if you have checked out but don't intend to leave for the airport just yet. It was a very well oiled machine experience. They let you be, and are really smooth!
Cleanliness- given this was Paris, we were very happy with the size of the room. Also, seems that the hotel was recently renovated so everything is new, which made the stay extra comfortable!
All in all, we'd definitely stay here again, no doubt about that!
