Within walking distance of many major attractions, just off Rue de la Madelaine, Le Pera is a small and friendly hotel with reasonable rates. Typically boutique for central Paris, some rooms are more spacious than average for downtown and the suites work out as great value for money. Despite being in a great location for tourists, it also offer great business support with in room Wi-Fi, fax connection and all rooms feature full imported marble d'cor. Staff are helpful recommending nearby restaurants and nightspots, many of which are the best in Paris.

Very good location but cold inside

I was staying there for 3 days. Very very good location, near to all shopping center, to opera, Madeleine., and you can reach quickly other places as there is metro in two minutes. Rooms are very small but I think it's enough for sleeping., clean. And I think that the price is too high.
