It's not hotel problem but it was difficult to find a proper exit of RER. The exit is in front of the hotel but didn't know where was the proper exit. The price was reasonable thinking about the location and security.

On first day we cannot open the air condition ,reception said you must open the window the weather still cool not on heat so cannot open the air condition,room near street very noisy and bad smell
In room 24 C outside 21 c ,we just came from Barcelona 2 days ago same weather open air condition all day but here in Paris cannot.
Next day they change to the back side for us still cannot open air condition but the third day wecon open the air condition same weather ,why

The hotel is situated perfectly with everything in close proximity by train! The rooms were clean nice and comfortable! The only issue was the staff member at reception was extemely unhelpful and rude at times!

Simple, centrally located hotel
Central to shopping district (Gare St Lazare), Bathrooms modern and clean.

My stay was fine. Room size was adequate. Bathroom was surprisingly modern and revamped compared with the rest of the hotel that is very dated and needing a revamp. The room had a small fridge which I only discovered after I opened the cupboards much later. More than adequate for a short stay. A very short walk across Blvd Haussmann into Rue D'lacarde I found Berts for a great coffee and Pompei for great dinners.
Only one big problem is that the rooms are not sound proof so you hear the other guests banging their doors at all hours and the hotel is above the underground so you hear the trains and feel the vibration most of the time.
Shopping Tip:
Hotel is convienient enough to run back to drop off shopping bags. Fairly reasonably priced hotel for the location.

Small lift and lobby , but staff very friendly ,room very clean including toilette,excellent lactation for shopping and the department stores such as Galleries Lafayette and Prim's are very close and walking distance to many tourist attraction Breakfast in hotel is typical continental and a bit expensive ,but there are many places nearby where you can find more selection and a lot of nice restaurants a great inconvenience is parking to load and download luggage but the hotel is in the heart of Paris and certainly will stay again
