The staff was very helpful and the concierge personnel extremely helpful in recommending restaurants, events, and assisting with transportation logistics. The hotel is very romantic, clean and a good resting place. Walking distance to major attractions such as museums, shopping, and restaurants. The hotel made accomodations to change our room when we were not pleased with the first room they assigned us and we were not charged extra even though they gave us a larger room. Very clean and the decoration and interior design was most pleasant and inviting. Would return to this hotel next time in Paris
