Small Hotel Room but Great Location

The hotel room and lift car was small as with most European hotels. Many cafeterias and restaurants within walking distance from the hotel. Shopping was also readily available around the hotel. Did not take the breakfast in the hotel as we find it a bit too costly.

The hotel concierge was friendly and helpful! I loved the hotel, it was comfortable and convenient to all of Paris!! I will return!

Very happy with this hotel as it is very close to place de la concorde and champs-elysees shopping center. Very close to Roissy bus stop so very convenient. Receptionist was friendly that they allowed us to have early check-in at 8am. Room is small but they have very comfortable bed and pillows. I love my stay in this hotel.

Great location one minute from metro station

Myself and my sixteen year old daughter arrived at approx mid-day Room was not ready but we were told by lovely staff member it would only be about ten minutes - which it was and to our surprise we were told that they had upgraded us to a deluxe room at the front of hotel with a balcony. Room was lovely - amazing pillows and very spacious for a Paris hotel. We were looking out onto Place de la Madeleine it was lovely with a hive of activity.

Have stayed here before because really lke the location but disappointed with the size of the room. Too small as we were there for a week! Mote problem in the bathroom as the bath is too deep and very dangerous to get I'm and out of. I had an accident and slipped and hurt my leg. No slip proof mat however the hotel sid go out and get us a slip proof mat that we requested. Very willing to help.

Wir sind drei Frauen, jede hat genug Platz im Zimmer. Zweier Zimmer hat Badzimmer und separates Toillet.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Zentral Lage, nur wenig Minuten zu Fuss kann Mann Opera, Concordplatz erreichen.

Der Service an der Reception ist optimal, sehr freundliches Personal und kompetent. Im Frühstücksraum wesentlich weniger freundlich,ohne Lächeln, sogar Streit sehr laut in der Küche, sodass die Gäste es hören konnten.
Die Zimmer sind recht klein und auch nicht immer sehr sauber, aber im ganzen o.k.
Restaurant Tip:
Das Restaurant in der Nähe, Capucine, ist sehr empfehlenswert und auch das Hippopotamus.

マドレーヌ寺院の真裏ということから、プランタンなどにも徒歩5分、フォーブルサントノーレもすぐ、ルーブル元保険で、大変便利です。またホテルは大変掃除もゆきとどき、場所柄車の音がきにはなりますが、大変満足しています。次回も泊まりたいと思います。
