We were given a corner room initially upon check-in. After reaching the room, we constantly heard loud noise, similar to the dropping of metal pipes above us. Thinking that it was just some maintenance work taking place above us, we did not bother about it and left. After coming back to the room later in the evening, we still constantly experienced this loud noise, which made us call the front desk for help. We told the member of staff who came up to our room about the noise and he proceeded up to check on it, only to tell us there was no one staying above us. This did scare us and we insisted on changing rooms.

This is my second time that I have stayed in this hotel. The first time was when I travel with the tour and we was check-in in this hotel. We loved the hotel & enjoyed the stay there. The hotel is clean and big. The staff are friendly & helpful. Importantly, we find the hotel is easily assessible.
Shopping Tip:
There is a nearby mall & good to shop too.

Lovily looking hotel eager to hlp
Beautiful lobby with free xbox use, xbox connect (Seen a few old people on this) and outstanding service)

Stayed for a gift to my girlfriend in Paris. I choose here because I didn't know where else to stay and as i've said this hotel is beautiful looking but I think in future I would stay in further but there was an metro line behind the hotel (1 minute walk)

Get the metro map and make your away to Eiffel tower

Nice hotel, clean bedrooms. Highlight of it is that the metro is just about 300m walk. 30mins into the City centre by Metro. near to Bus terminus to travel within europe by Eurolines. Overall awesome.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Near Arc of triumph and the Eiffel Tower metros.

Lovely hotel but not really friendly hotel staffs

The hotel features are very nice but the staffs are not very helpful. In the first night that we arrived, the room was black out. We called to inform and asked to be fixed, the receiver said will send someone to the room. We waited 1 hour and they still not yet come. Finally we complained to the front office on ground floor and they sent someone to fixed it in another 15minutes. They room quite small but the hotel lobby is huge.
