Check in officially start at 2pm but room ready until 3:30pm with no compensation. room only provide one bottle of Evian water in the room as welcome drink. we request for extra bottle as we have two person in a room but they said No! only 1 bottle as welcome drink even u stay 3nights. plus, the breakfast was too costly at 19 per person as buffet doesnt worth! only bread, cereals, eggs and coffee and the male manager has extremely bad attitude for assigning seats (not the entrance one), he insists us to sit inside the room but we would like to sit outside the room and he got mad n rudely said the food is same outside and inside the room. but we want to sit outside for better atmosphere and he starred at us and left. he then closed the room door and not allow peole get inside, he is very strange and forced us to sit inside and suddenly close the room door not allow the new customers get in. anyways we feel very bad during this trip because of him!
