Khách sạn sang trọng, tiên nghi tương đối dầy đủ, phòng ở có tầm nhìn tốt. Tuy nhiên internet trong phòng tốc độ thấp, wifi free ở khu vực lễ tân chậm.

My 3 nights stay here was disappointing. First night, room was HOT and air conditioner not functioning, technician changed the filter but still hot, requested a room change but the reception was telling me the whole hotel is hot and they will fix it tomorrow. Second day, after a whole day sight seeing, coming back to the room and it is super stuffy! Walked down to the reception and ask to change room, worst thing is the receptionist (and I still remember her by name) is questioning me about how do I know the room is stuffy (do I need a degree to know that?). 10 minutes after that manage to get a room change and yes, that's room with air conditioning. Third day, came back realised the sink was dirty, someone is fixing the plumbing in my room, and they just leave it like that, without telling me. When I complaint then the technician was coming in and out of my room like no body there (to fix the plumbing). Big NO NO to this hotel chain.
