My 3 nights stay here was disappointing. First night, room was HOT and air conditioner not functioning, technician changed the filter but still hot, requested a room change but the reception was telling me the whole hotel is hot and they will fix it tomorrow. Second day, after a whole day sight seeing, coming back to the room and it is super stuffy! Walked down to the reception and ask to change room, worst thing is the receptionist (and I still remember her by name) is questioning me about how do I know the room is stuffy (do I need a degree to know that?). 10 minutes after that manage to get a room change and yes, that's room with air conditioning. Third day, came back realised the sink was dirty, someone is fixing the plumbing in my room, and they just leave it like that, without telling me. When I complaint then the technician was coming in and out of my room like no body there (to fix the plumbing). Big NO NO to this hotel chain.

Novotel Paris Tour Eiffel Hotel

The hotel is new, so everything looks new and modern. The purpose of my stay was to visit , is a comfortable 20 mins walk. The front desk lady also allowed me for a late check out with a wide smile. Metro stops 2 mins away, but tourist have to ride for 15 - 20 mins (include waiting time) to reach city centre. Mainly recommended for business.

We had a friendly reception, but the first disapointment came just after check-in: the room was not cleaned from the previous usage, not set for the new guests. Then we changed to a second room, to a second problem: the bathroom had problem in the plumbs, the used water got stuck. I had to complain twice about this problem, which was not fixed, and so we had to move to a third room. As compensation for the incovenience, they've given us a better room, with a beatiful view. In the third room, we still had a bunch of small problems, like the air condition not working (fixed in the next day), the remote of TV was not working (batteries changed in the same day), the safe was not working (batteries changed, but still did not work after), the cleaning of the room was poor. Besides those problems, right next the hotel there is a construction in progress, and the side street is a total mess, dirty, dark and we didn't feel safe at all. In short: I will not stay in Novotel Eiffel Tower again, ever!

nice hotel but small room. request for a view to see eiffel tower but not given. lucky a japanese staff assist and finally given higher room with an eiffel tower view. bed is comfortable. room is clean. bathroom is small but clean and smell nice. breakfast look good but no try. good location.
