Good location at a good price.
Air con doesn't work sometimes.
The service I received here was exceptional. It gave me such a true sense of what French hospitality and courtesy is all about. Always ready to greet with a big smile and a happy Bonjour. The rooms are surprisingly big for European standard, and the breakfast quite mouth-watering with their croissants and whatnots. Good location too as it is only abt a 5min walk to the nearest train station or a short 25min walk to the main shopping area. Really charming!

I would easily stay in this hotel again the next time i'm in Paris. It's located in an environment where everyday French nationals conduct their daily business, instead of the usual tourist action. Here's where u get a better taste of what it is like to be French. It's just 5min walk to the nearest train station and a 25min walk to the main shopping district. The rooms are big by european standards and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The air con system has to be improved on though.

conditioners were not working, not showing all the alleged TV program, croissants ended earlier than end with breakfast
Five small hotel in District 9, triangular building. Rooms are small, 10-13 m, except for numbers ending in 4, 254, 354, etc. These triangular shaped room with windows on both sides. ConditionsNera is not working all 5 days of stay, the hotel offered a discount for it (1 night free), is the old tv. At resepshene is Russian speaking staff. Breakfasts are weak, but apparently so taken in Paris.
