Great location but bad service

Not well maintain, the wifii is not working for all 6 days of our stay, and the staff weren't polite. They gave wrong info on Eiffel tower closing time. The only good thing u can get free Evian water and save money buying bottled water.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Go to Eiffel tower at night, musee louvre is best, be prepared to climb 400 steps for Norte dam visit and quite long queue , enjuy the salad and bread and coffee at nearby stalls actually but nice.

Great services but old rooms

Room and furniture are really too old for the money they charge for the stay.
Services are great as everybody is polite, patient and helpful.
Food for dinner as they make is quite delicious and international.
Buffet for lunch should be another good experience for everybody to give it a try.

Good location but tired hotel
location. it is walking distance to eiffel tower literally. cheap for what it is i guess

have stayed here twice. once 5 years ago and i said it was tired then (as hilton). now accor have taken over and branded as pullman and i expected them to have spent some money on the hotel. the decor is exactly the same.
if you are coming here looking for luxury forget it. it is practical and cheaper than other similarly branded hotels, but is nothing special. the views are not great and the breakfast is expensive. much better to get breakfast in a local cafe, there are plenty of them.

We booked the hotel for 3 nights due to the proximity to the Eiffel Tower. However, the service received is far from satisfactory when it is 4 star hotel. Did not receive our luggage to our room on time and we had wasted precious time waiting for our luggage. We upgraded to a more expensive room with the hope that we can see Eiffel Tower from our room...Was given a room with a very small balcony. Will need to walk out to our balcony to have the view towards Eiffel Tower.
And you have an old tv for the room.

Very close to Eiffel tower, giving us enough time to explore the place. We're given with one big room, bigger than the usual hotel room. The staff were very accommodating.
