Groups United Kingdom, October 04, 2012	Terrible location and Fawlty Towers 40+ person who could speak English was very helpful 4.3 young guy on reception could not speak English, refused to hep with taxis, no English TV despite being repeatedly told it would be fixed, woken repeatedly with phone class and knocking on door when young guy was on reception but not older guy. Rooms clean. Nightlife Tip: very active but not the type tou would be looking for.
