Just outside Paris, in a suburb called Malakoff, friendly staff, near Malakoff Town Center, 5-10 minutes walk to Metros

Value for money is relative to one's expectation and experience... It is a hotel for budget traveller who like staying in accommodation away from the buzzing big city like Paris. Located in a safe neigbourhood, convenient located and access to bistros, suppermarkets, near metors.
Check out the Sunday market if possible, very friendly and colorful folks there.
Room is comfortable but a tad old and dim, shower area may be too small for taller and bigger build individuals.
Will I stay in the same hotel? Yes, giving the same budget I have.

hotel quiet but somewhat far of the city. although hospitable, not all the stuff is knowledgeable of credit card usage. my visa credit card which is an international card issued by a well known bank in usa. the card, as almost all credit card issued in usa, is with a magnetic strip and not a chip. the lady did not want to use. she was afraid to use it although their apparatus are made to take both cards. bad experience and i was in bad situation.

near metro malakoff plateau de vanves station about 5 mins, quite town good for relaxation,
the owner is very very nice, small room but i think it enough for restful.
save price!!!

I arrived in the evening and found the hotel with help of a street map. The hotel was nicely nested in residential area in Malakoff area. When I entered the lobby, the receptionist was kind enough to guide me the way to Effiel Tower and explained the scenery around the place. Room was clean and tidy, well-equipped with television, air-conditioning and other basic amenities. The only minus point is the dark staircase and there is no lift.

The hotel is located quite far away from the city and is difficult to find. But there is a Metro Station within 10 minutes walking distance. The hotel owner is friendly. However, the hotel is old. The room that we stayed in had cigarette smell, and the bed was uncomfortable. The light in the room was a bit weak, and the light in the toilet was not working. Also, there is no air conditioning in the room, but Wifi connection is good. In addition, our room was on the third floor and there is no elevator, so we had to carry all our luggages along the narrow stair, which was a bit inconvenience.
