Perfectly located for roaming montmartre...
Front desk very friendly and helpful.
Room was a bit small, but a nice queensize bed was better than a small bed with more room.
Cleaning staff seemed to love working there too.
Some comments mentioned noise which we did not experience having a room on an upper floor and overlooking a tranquil courtyard.
Very basic French breakfast.
Good value for Paris these days.

Very good service but the rooms were not 3 star standard, they were old and it felt dirty, never would stay here again, unless I thought I was booking a 1-2star place

Location is fine, but too noisy at night!
3 min on foot to MRT. There are some super markets in the nighborhood.

We stayed for 2 nights. The location is convenient, but it's very noisy at night. There are many bars and some sexy shops around the hotel. It's not suitable for family with children.
The bathroom is small, especially the shower.

The room and the hotel is convenient. They have most off the things you would need. The internet connection was sufficient. I had no trouble connecting the wifi. The room was tidy and smell good. There is nothing worse than a room with bad smell from bad air flow.

La atención del personal no fue muy buena. La conexión a internet fué buena. Desayuno no era variado pero si abundante. La ubicación no es tan buena.Las habitaciones y el baño son muy pequeñas. En proporcion con el precio esta bien.

Une semaine dans cette hôtel ou je ne reviendrais Jamais. Vous connaissez cet adage "Le client est roi" ? Cet adage qui devrait la véritable règle en vigueur pour toutes ces professions de SERVICES...
Je vais passer sur l'insonorisation de l'hotel, qui se prète néanmoins très bien à une étude psychologique du type de clientèle fréquentée et de leurs habitudes puisqu'on entend toutes les douches, toilettes qu'ils utilisent, ainsi que les lits bien sur... Bref, 2 nuits sans dormir sur un sejour d'une semaine. Ca fait beaucoup.
Le petit déjeuner ne se commande PAS la veille, donc pour en bénéficier il faut se réveiller et appeler la réception, (désagréable la plupart du temps) qui ne tient compte de vos désidératas que rarement, ou alors la transmission avec le personnel qui apporte le petit déjeuner n'est pas assurée idéalement...
A l'arrivée déja, pour un sejour romantique, la chambre est une chambre avec lits séparés... Ayant argué du fait que j'avais réservé depuis longtemps, l'hotesse m'a répondu que les autres aussi. Voila. Fin de l'argument. Mais en essayant d'etre super sympa et en discutant quelques minutes, un miracle : une chambre 45 apparait et dispose d'un lit double. Il faut donc etre "gentil", pour influer sur le 'Pouvoir' des clefs (Le maitre des clefs...).
Aussi, mettre l'affichette "ne pas deranger" ne sert a rien, puisque le personnel de toute facon frappera à votre porte pour vous demander si vraiment, il ne faut pas changer les draps, les serviettes ou faire la chambre.
Je ne me rappelais pas du montant payé pour la chambre, je descends dimanche 18 Nov et demande poliment à l'accueil, homme trentaine cheveux courts, s'il peut regarder sur l'ordinateur pour m'indiquer le prix. "Et alors ? Vous avez réservé avec l'agence, je connais pas moi, vous avez du le recevoir sur email, regardez vos emails !." Dit-il en devenant rougeaud, très énervé. La j'ai préféré partir plutot que de lui faire avaler la clef de ma chambre...
Travel tip:
...Cependant, un Monsieur de type British, le soir était la, et lui était charmant, et nous a indiqué ce que nous voulions et avons plaisantés ensembles. Je suggère de le promouvoir directeur de l'établissement... L'accueil, c'est un métier... Si on hait le genre humain, ce n'est certes pas le poste à occuper...
En tout cas pour moi il n'y aura pas de 2eme fois au "Royal Fromentin"...
