Couples United Kingdom, March 03, 2013	Great hotel, great service, clean rooms Great location, great staff, good size room 8.3 Nice clean room, of good size in central location next to metro to get all round the city to see all attractions. Front desk spoke great English and was able to support any questions we asked. 24h desk for security, quiet rooms. Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: Go to the louvre in the evening to miss the queues and see the pyramids at night for the better photos

Couples Turkey, January 13, 2013	Nice Location Close to Metro station 4.7 We stayed at Royal Saint Germain for the weekend.When we checked in we leave the room and when we came back at night we recognized that the radiator in the room was not working. Then I informed the reception he came to my room and checked the radiator and told me that it is working in all hotel and he does not know why it didnt in my room.Than I wanted to chance my room because it was in January and Paris was really cold.He told me that the hotel is full and yhe most interesting part was that he told me that the room is not that cold and we can stay without complaining.Than I insisted on to change my room or to have my money back but couldnt get any reply rom that impolite man and we had to stay in that really freezing room.My friends stayed before there and they recomended this hotel to us but the behaviour of the receptionist was really unaceptable.
