Nice modern Hotel, good room size and breakfast
Good room size for a 3start Paris Hotel, quiet neighborhood

I had a meeting nearby and stayed only one night. The room was of reasonable good size for a 3star hotel in Paris, the area slightly uphill looked also nice. Breakfast was also reasonbly good, with fresh pressed orange juice. Obviously the district is not the most central in Paris but via Place d'Italie it is not difficult to reach the major attractions. So it might be a good option also for tourists.

Very clean and modern hotel

We had a room on the top floor with a balcony overlooking the church dome. The hotel had a new feel. Typical of Paris rooms, it was small but comfy. The front desk was especially helpful with any travel questions. They even recommended 2 good restaurants in the neighborhood. The metro is several blocks away but still very accessible.

I have spent about 7-night trip in Paris and stayed in this lovely hotel, the location is very near to the Corvisat MRT station, very quiet for sleeping, the shower is very nice.

nice location, breakfast bland, nice rooms, close walk to old town but far away enough to have a nice quiet sleep. the beds were great and the rooms were clean. bathroom was small but still clean. the shower was great. room service was great. close walk to the train station, there's a DM and SPAR close by which is good.

the hotel is located very central in paris, close to a metro station. rooms are small but clean with comfortable bed and LCD television. a brackfast is served - the breakfast area nice and there is also a patio where one can sit outside in the summer. overall a nice place to stay for a visit in the wonderfull capital of france
Nightlife Tip:
there are some pubs closeby - during the week everything is closing 2am!

El hotel esta situado cerca de las estaciones de Corvisart (5 min) y Plaza de Italia (8 min). Es una zona tranquila donde no hay ningún ruido nocturno.
El personal del hotel es muy atento y puedes hablar con ellos en Inglés si no hablas Francés. El mismo personal nos ofrecio de forma gratuita wifi para 2 dispositivos sin ningún cargo y un mapa de Paris donde nos señalaron que debiamos visitar y algunas rutas y sus estaciones de metro por si eran de nuestro interes.
El desayuno no va incluido en el precio y son 14€ por persona y dia, pero al lado hay varios sitios donde se puede desayunar por 10,60 € dos personas.
