Although nobody greeted us at the front door nor helped us with the luggages when we arrived, it was made up later on by the exceptional service from everyone especially the concierge. We were also upgraded to a much larger room. The location was in a quiet neighborhood away from the crowd but close to metro stations. Would love to return one day.

The room was, as expected, very unusual and creative. The hotel was an incredible sight; lovely grounds and a very eye-catching. I'd recommend it for quirky couples who want to experience some luxury.
