great location- close to arc de triomphe

Rooms are small, but they are the same everywhere in Paris. The decor is beautiful, neatly done rooms. Looks like it has been refurbished recently. Bathrooms are also small but functional. Only thing missing is a tea and coffee maker in the room. The rooms also have AC, which a lot of hotels do not have.The concierge was not the best we have had, was suggesting places more for the commission.
Restaurant Tip:
Avoid the hotel for breakfast, short walk down the street to the cafe called 'Do Re Mi' for a seat on the roadside, with some yummy croissants and coffee. The Metro is closeby and takes you to all the places within minutes.
