Nice rooms, nice hotel genereally in a quiet area although still close to the action. Good shower.
Staff were not too friendly, Concierge was only intressted in selling tourist cruises for commission rather than giving honest restaurant recommendations. Although the area was quiet there was a lot of noise from other rooms and the corridors.
We only spent one nigt at this hotel and did not use the restaurant. The hotel doesn't really have any facilities, but Paris has plently to offer so that wasn't a problem. It was a shame that the staff weren't helpful, we could have really used some good restaurant recommendations etc and help with reservations. The other annoying thing was the noise from other rooms and the corridor, but if that doesn't bother you the hotel was fine in all other respects.
Travel tip : A bit hard to find the hotel, get off at Franklin Rosevelt on Champs Elysee. Also, ask for a room away from the elevator

Nightlife, all the great tourist attractions within minutes from hotel. Classic Sofitel quality staff and well set-up rooms. Good value.
Lobby and entrance could use an update. But not really a problem. Bathroom wasn't the best I've seen.
In general, I thought this hotel was excellent for its location and quality of the rooms. Confortable bed, decent closet space. Most important, the staff at the hotel are well trained and very helpful and speak several languages.
Nightlife Tip : Walk down Champs-Elysee for cafe's and restaurants, open very late at night.

Great Location, near to shopping and tourist attractions, concierge is helpful.
This hotel would be perfect if it had a gym. Otherwise, it's a great hotel, walking distance to many tourist attraction, and shopping is closeby. The hotel concierge helped arrange a city tour for us, he was very helpful. We ended up going on the Dinner in Eiffel, River Cruise, and Moulin Rouge Show. Overall stay is pleasant.
