nice staff but standards missing
nice staff, room upgrade, comfortable bed.

very nice staff, and a room upgrade, but room made up for 1 person, no slippers all weekend after asking 3 x and the heating did not work as it was a very coldspring and after 25 min staff could not organise a heater(they said they had problems)

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
A stop away from Ponte nueilly where there a very quality restaurants at affordable prices.
