Nice location, rich breakfast.
The hotel is in the cozy Butte aux Cailles neighborhood. Place d'Italie with many metro lines is also a few hundred meters away. The breakfast is very rich with a lot of things to choose from, quite contrary to the typical continental breakfast.

Location - it's very close to the Eifel Tower and the Arch of Triumph. Very close to the subway station.
Good personnel, nice people, helpful.
Room cleaning, could be a bit better.
It was a little cold.
The hotel in general was a nice place to stay for a couple of days. The price is really good for it's location. It's actually located at a good distance from the Eifel tower and the Arch of Triumph. Very accessible due to the nearby subway station. In general a good place to stay at in Paris.
