Convinient location for louvre museum lovers. Staffs were friendly and english speaking. But ultra small lift and bathroom fittings are frustrating ! Metro, shops are close by which make your stay comfortable.

We found this hotel easily very close to metro station and only 5min walk to louvre. Small rooms but we didn't spend a long time there break fast was good selection.

the receptionist was helpful with our wifi connection. the room is small but has a narrow toilet. the air is a bit stuffy and the room is not pleasing.

Nice Hotel, Not so Nice Staff

located a block from the louvre and other touristy attractions, this hotel was offered at an attractive price and provided an adequate stay. although the lobby and restaurant was not visibly impressive (i never ate there), the room was quite large for parisian hotels and the stone walls and wooden beams was a nice touch of personality. the hotel staff itself was reserved and neither friendly nor unfriendly. amenities fewer than expected, although the tv was nice and large.
Hotel Feature Tip:
The cleaning staff doesn't replace toiletries unless you ask.

Hotel facilities are antiquated and badly need to be renovated. Bed linens are clean but cupboards sre dusty. Need to be more generous with the supply of tioletories.

Nice little hotel with easy access to everywhere
Staffs are helpful, room is clean, surrounding is quiet but also easy access to everywhere & metro, plenty of good restaurants within 5-10 mins walking distance

great location, but certainly not worth the amount paid. it seemed clean enough, even though it also seemed a bit dank. one person elevator to 4th floor, then tiny stairway to haul luggage up to tiny 5th floor room. woman at front desk was not helpful - seemed irritated by having to speak with customers. but if you can get past all of that, it was ok.

the receptionist ( girl frm mauritius) is very helpful. always wear a smile on her face. the hotel is very close to pont neuf metro station and chatelet les halles. within walking distance, u can be at the mainstreet with lots of shops for shopping. walking for 15 minutes and u'll be at st chapelle. everything is so near. the only cons is that difficult to find breakfast. the only solution is hotel breakfast of a chinese cafe nearby.

go down the receptionist for hot drinking water. thats wat i do for my baby's milk.
