Very small room, small bed and tiny toilet

So disappointed at the hotel. I was told its quite a nice hotel but it isnt. there is no thermo pot in the room no fridge either.you wont be able to just have a cup of tea in your room. we first got a very small, old and stink room. asked for changing a room, staff not really unhelpful at all;first she say we had to pay more thats we didnt mind then she looked at us like we couldnt afford to pay then said all room booked..never mind..then we went out for an hour and came back seeing a new staff just replaced the staff before we asked him again he said room could be changed!! so what happened with fully booked!!! then we got a room changed. it was better than the previous room but still quite bad for a hotel room. what we paid extra could get us to stay in a 4 stars hotel. So Wont be back there.

Good Location & can walk to Eiffel Tower

When we stayed, they were renovated. However, everythings are good. We can walk to Eiffel from the hotel. Around the hotel, there are many things to eat (starbucks, Mcdonald's, Chinese restaurants, etc..). Metro and bus stop are in front of the hotel.

Good food around, next to Train station, friendly, informative and attentive staff who speaks good English.

Impressive. Worth every dollar paid. Right in front is the Train Station, and opposite the road are a few nice restaurants (and price are reasonable too).
The counter staff are very friendly and tried his best to answer our question (two silly tourists), and most importantly he speaks good English.
The room is clean but then a bit small (well can't expect more with the location and money we paid).

A very comfortable three night stay. Visited Paris for the marathon and this hotel was ideally located, near to the start and finish. We were very pleasantly surprised to be allocated a large spotlessly clean room, with a very nice bathroom. It was apparent that the hotel was in the process of being redecorated and we had been given a newly refurbished room. The staff were very helpful and allowed us to delay checkout until 2pm, so that we could shower after the race. Breakfast was not included in the price but was well presented and worth the extra 9 euros. Would certainly use the hotel again when in Paris

Nicely designed rooms with a superb location

Location of the hotel was superb with the Metro station right at the doorstep. Eiffel Tower is also just a 20min walk away. Starbucks lovers would enjoy the starbucks just next to the hotel. The superior room that I stayed in had a new updated design, although a number of things were not working and the corridor was undergoing renovation works. Overall, the hotel is great with a superb location.

We stayed in a quad room the children enjoyed their own space. the shower is big and toilet is equipped with a Toto washlet, cool! Monoprix nearby, Mc Donald's too. Don't buy from the drugstore infront of the hotel, they charge too high. Walk to rue de commerce and get your stuff there. Catch the markett every WED and SUN
