Service has room for improvement
The Hyatt Regency Paris-Charles de Gaulle Hotel is well located close to the airport and offers shuttle which is convenient to reach departing flights. It needs to be noted that the city center is far. Having been to the hotel already multiple times we enjoyed the well equipped spacious rooms and the excellent breakfast buffet. What was annoying this time was the lack of service this time. The check-in counter at the late hour of 10 pm was only equipped with one person resulting in a more than 10 min wait. Obviously a temp was serving in the bar area carefully ignoring any further work - getting up and order at the bar was required. Otherwise still an excellent hotel.

This hotel is a peacefull place that must be choosen as a good stop over while travelling in Paris. Offered price was perfect compared to other options near the airport.
