Staff at the front desk were friendly and answered our questions in good English. There is free Wi-fi at the lobby.
Very simple breakfast of bread, cheese, jam, yogurt and coffee/juice. The heating system in the room was old and didn't work very well.
The hotel can be quite difficult to locate and not many people have heard of it. The room is quite basic with not many amenities. It's clean though and should fit the needs of budget travelers, including those with families. Breakfast was a simple affair, a typical French breakfast with bread, cheese and coffee/juice.
