We arrived early and the reception staff was accommodating, letting us to check in early. I would like to praise Ms. Nadine for her efficiency and being helpful. The room is clean, nice location by the river. Good place for breakfast outdoor in the summer. Walk a little bit towards the U-bahn (about 5-10 minutes walk) and find a boat restaurant that offers very nice breakfast. The hotel also has bike rentals, recommended to explore the city this way. Overall, we are pleased with this hotel and the location.

THis was a really nice hotel in a great location for walks into the city. The rooms were not huge but nicely finished with comfortable beds. Breakfast was fantastic and definitely worth paying for.

The hotel is situated near to a train station (Bellevue station) and is walking distance to some tourist attractions. I could view the river and cruise through my room window. The room is clean and comfortable except that the air conditioner was not powerful enough at that kind of summer temperature during my stay.

Lovely hotel with great service

The hotel was located at near Bellevue Station (one stop away from Berlin Hauptbahnof- central railway station). We had to walk about 6 mins to get to Bellevue Station. However, most of the sights and attractions are near the Friedrichstrase station (2 stations away from Bellevue). The hotel is an excellent choice if you prefer a tranquail location yet near to the city center, Abion Spreebogen Waterside Hotel is definitely the hotel of your choice.

The location of the hotel is good. A few minutes away from the next underground station so accessing the city is easy. The hotel is clean, staff friendly and very nice breakfast area!

Great hotel. Within easy walkiing distance to the Brandenburg Tor. Or if you want to get the train, less than 5 minutes from the S-Line station Bellevue.
