The location is such a big advantage of this apartment. There are train, underway, and even bus you can take to travel to everywhere you like to go. And also, the facilities in the apartment are in good condition and clean. Really have a nice experience in this apartment!

Everything was well organized, we received the access key for both outside door and apartment doors in advance. The apartments are ideally located for sightseeing with possible communication through train, bus and metro/tram. The kitchen well enough equipped though unfortunately there was no Micro Wave oven , which in these days seems really a bit strange. Also ,I missed a kitchen Towel.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
do take the time to walk up in the Berlin Dom to have a marvelous view from Berlin

Good place but expensive
Great accommodation for long term rentals and ideally located in the center of the city. Good owners rep.

This is an apartment ideal for long term rentals and not for short trips. Great for the group such as 3+ people as vocational place for 10+ days. reception is not located in the building and one needs to contact in advance for the check in. Price was okay if no service charge applied. When I have found out about the same price increased gradually The guys who checked us in spoke very good English so no problems on that but building looked like in old USSR times. The area is good near to center but not so well in terms of polite and educated people. It is kind of Downtown full of young and drunk people.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Old town and center of the city. Many WW2 sights.

super apartment und hatte einen tollen ausflug.

Unser aufenthalt war super. In diesem Apartment konnten wir für uns sein und hatten unsere ruhen. Es hat auch alles richtig funktioniert nichts war kaputt. Das wichtigste ist, dass wir dort in diesem Apartment eine gute Zeit hatten und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Alles darin sind Super. Das Zimmer ist wirklich groß. Aber man muss. Vor Checkpoint noch 30euro für die Reinigung. Diese. Information steht gar nicht auf Internet.

sehr schlechte matratzen aus der ddr-zeit
sehr laut,da am knotenpunkt alexanderplatz
Travel tip:
Hotel mit entsprechendem Service einschl. Frühstück, ruhigere Lage, 100m weiter zum günstigeren Preis

Si tratta di un appartamento indipendente che si trova all'ultimo piano di un ostello. All'interno è molto ampio (quello da 4 posi) l'arredamento è essenziale ma completo di tutto quello che serve. In cucina non manca niente. L'appartamento era pulito, durante i giorni di soggiorno però non passano a rifare a pulire le stanze. La posizione è centralissimo proprio dietro Alexander Platz comodissimo alla metro al treno agli autobus. A pochi minuti a piedi si arrvia nel cuore di mitte. Il prezzo è veramente conveniete, consiglio questo posto.

料金の安さにの割にのアパートで十分広く、ホテルとは違い暗証番号による扉の開閉なので、鍵を返す手間もなく自分のアパートのように快適に過ごせました。駅もホテルから見えるほど近く、近くにはレストランや観光スポット、スーパーもあり大変便利です。キッチンも最低限のものはあるし、テーブルもあるので長期滞在するなら費用を抑えることもできます。
ただ、ＡＧＯＤＡのサイトには載っていない、掃除代というのがユーロほどかかりました。何泊でも関係なく掃除代がかかるのだそうで、支配人らしき方が来て申し訳なさそうに英語で説明をされました。私たちは一泊だけの予定だったので料金的に倍になるということで少しもめましたが、最終的には納得して支払いました。
