L'hotel pur essendo in posizione non centrale è ben servito dai servizi pubblici di trasporto. La fermata della metropolitana di superficie è proprio di fronte all'ingresso dell'albergo. La prima colazione continentale oltre che di buona qualità è anche abbondante. La presenza di un parcheggio ben custodito nell'hotel garantisce la sicurezza oltre ad evitare la ricerca di un posto macchina o di lasciarla all'esterno. E' consigliabile anche per soggiorni non brevissimi.

Het Andels hotel is verrasend nieuw, wij hadden de indruk, dat wij de eerste waren in de kamer, zo schoon en netjes was het. De kleurencombinatie, zwart, wit met gele accenten en prachtige verlichting gaf een luxe gevoel.
We hadden niet gereserveerd voor het restaurant op kerstavond, kwamen moe aan na een lange, saaie reis, hadden honger...dus een probleem,want er was geen plek meer in het restaurant.
Toen bestelden we Roomservice, helemaal perfect was dat, op een keurig gedekt karretje stonden heerlijke hapjes en drankjes, wat een feest was dat!
Na de staatsoper op eerste kerstdag hebben we nog in de bar, met uitzicht over Berlijn, heerlijk een coctail gedronken.De bar was gezellig druk, veel nederlanders, dat verbaasde ons, maar ook wel weer leuk.
