guter Service und Wohlfühlatmosphäre
Service war absolut zufriedenstellend, das Zimmer war sauber und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet

War nur für eine Übernachtung (wegen Konzert auf der Waldbühne) in dem Hotel, aber kann mir gut vorstellen, auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt wiederzukommen. Die Lage ist hervorragend, sehr zentral...auch, dass das Auschecken bis 12 Uhr möglich war, war in meinem Fall ein echter Vorteil.

Kami agak kecewa ketika masuk kamar karena kondisi kamar berantakan bekas dipakai tamu sebelumnya dan belum dibersihkan, beruntung kami ketemu tamu lain yang memberikan info nomer pengurus hotel, setelah kita kontak via hp si pengurus datang namun krn sudah malam sekitar jam 9 malam mereka menyampaikan permohonan maaf krn tidak ada petugas kebersihan dan mereka menawarkan utk pindah di hotel terdekat sejauh 1 km atau kalau tetap menggunakan kamar tsb di berikan pengembalian sewa 50%, karenankami sekeluarga dan memesan 2 kamar di Hotel ini maka kami putuskan untuk tetap menggunakan kamar ini sebagai tempat menyimpan koper koper kami saja dan kita tidur bersama di kamar satunya.
Hotel ini merupakan apartemen yg disewakan untuk menginap dan kamar kamar yang tersedia cukup luas namun semua harus dilakukan sendiri mulai check in sampai dengan check out melalui mesin yang bernahasa jerman.
Untuk tamu yang tidak bisa berbahasa jerman pasti akan mengalami kesulitan sebab sewaktu kita datang untuk masuk pintu gerbang apartemen saja harus membaca petunjuk dalam bahasa jerman ( tidak ada petugas seperti di hotel ), kalau ingin mendapatkan pengalaman ya bawa aja kamus jerman pasti juga bisa, karena sebetulnya semua sudah serba otomatis hannya bahasa yangndigunakan bahasa jerman

Untuk menginap di hotel ini harus belanja makanan dan minuman sendiri dan itu bisa dilakukan ditoko dekat hotel yang buka 24jam
