Nice room and good location
Close to lots of shopping and restaurants but down a quiet side street

we had a lovely stay although it was a little tricky to figure out who we should contact to get into the building. a little sign wouldn't go amiss. luckily a helpful gentleman was leaving the building and offered assistance.

Great service and good location. Our flight didn't get in til late at night and irina was nice enough to wait for us at the apt until we showed up. The apt was very clean and spacious. The kitchen is also well stocked with cooking ware and utensils in case you want to cook your own meals. Very short walk to the u-bahn station and about a 15 minute walk to the zoo and shopping area in charlottenburg.

We found the address (a block of flats) without any problems but there is no reception and only phone no. to call. Fortunately, the lady came after 20 minutes and showed us the apartment. Next time, I would like to be informed in advance that there will be no one waiting for us/no reception and you have to basically find the phone number first and call that you have arrived ... Apart from this first experience, it was very nice stay for a good price. The apartment itself is quiet, clean and modern.

Good location but that's the only positive side

Bad and unfriendly caretaker (no reception - had to ask around where to get the keys). Check out 11am - trouble to stay until 1pm. Most unfriendly staff we ever experienced. Will not recommend this place at all.
Travel tip:
Book another place in Berlin.

L'appartamento non è grande ma non manca nulla, il riscaldamento è fin troppo efficiente così come l'acqua calda. buona dotazione di asciugamani e coperte ma pulizie solo a fine soggiorno. La metropolitana è a circa 500m ma è uno degli snodi principali tra le diverse linee, quindi è estremamente comoda (almeno dagli appartamenti in courbierestrasse. Pasti ovviamente non compresi, cucina utilizzabile.

фокус заключается в том, что оплатив проживание в номере, вы получите массу проблем, начиная с поиска местонахождения апартаментов и ключей. более того вас будут ожидать штрафы от 100 евро за нарушение "правил" о которых никто заранее не предупреждает. к примеру: оставить ключ в номере легко, т.к. дверь захлопывается автоматически, а вот открыть ее будет стоить вам 100 евро. номер "спасательной службы" предусмотрительно выгравирован "заботливой" хозяйкой на внешней стороне железного замка. складывается впечатление, что вы попали в ловушку мошенника, который "на законном" основании вытягивает из вас деньги. на этом скрытые платежи не заканчиваются. после выселения вам выставят счет за "украденые" вами вещи и пригрозят отказом в получении визы в ЕС при неоплате. будьте осторожны!
