Couples Switzerland, June 16, 2013	Unkomlpiziert & gayfriendly Super Lage für Streifzüge durch das Nachtleben, frisch renoviert, freundliches und unkompliziertes Personal 7.7 Bei der Buchung ist uns ein Fehler unterlaufen. Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer zur Einzelbelegung, statt Zweierbelegung gebucht. Das Hotel hat dies sehr unkompliziert und freundlich gelöst. Die Zimmer sind frisch renoviert und sehr sauber. Einzig, dass das Bad nicht gereinigt wurde, hat uns etwas irritiert... Es gibt über das Artim nichts Schlechtes zu berichten. Einziger wirklicher Kritikpunkt ist der Hotellift, der mit nur einer Kabine und sehr bedächtigem Tempo, doch ab und zu Wartezeiten mit sich bringt, die etwas mühsam sind.

Il personale è molto gentile e sempre pronto a soddisfare le esigenze del cliente. La colazione a buffet è ottima ed abbondante e l'orario di essa è buono perchè viene servita nell'arco di tre ore permettendo così una sveglia secondo le esigenze del cliente. L'hotel è pulito e la pulizia delle stanze è buona. Molto comoda anche la stanza dove si depositano le valigie prima della partenza perchè è a piano terra. Strategica anche la posizione dell'hotel : in centro in una zona bella e comoda all' Underground. Shopping Tip: Shopping presso il grande magazzino KaTeWe
