good rooms, but away from center

Though this was rated as a 3star hotel, in actual fact I would not give it more than 2stars. On my first and subsequent nights no soap in the bathroom and on requesting it I was told that all soaps had finished! Yes that right! Exactly as I was told. Went to buy soap, had to go all the way to the center of berlin for that as the its in a very isolated place.
Great breakfast only if you reach early (8-10). If you reach after 9 they tend not to replace cutlery and the foodstuff that has finished.
All in all I would definately spend an extra 20 euros and get a hotel much nearer the center, and one which is a real 3 star.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
the best way to see berlin would be to go on the hipon hipoff bus
