Easy to find hotel and Helpful Receptionist

I stayed there for only 1 night when I had a very short trip through Berlin (to go to other city). At first, even when my room was already booked, I am really confused about the hotel. However, at the end, I am really satisfied with the hotel services: Location of the hotel is very good, near the train/railway stations and very easy to find, breakfast is good too, receptionist is very helpful. That’s all I expected from the hotel and I would recommend this hotel for anyone who planned for adventure travel, especially with a group.

nice hostel at very good location, very very big, more like hotel. spacious rooms. super awesome breakfast. nice staff. litle bit noisy though, i could hear guy snoring from next room and lot of people running and shouting on the corridor. little bit smelly showers.

Convinient location but no air-conditioning

I stayed four nights at Cityhostel Berlin and found it enjoyable. It is conviniently located in city centre and most sightseeing spots are accisible in half an hour. The lack of air-conditioning made it a bit hard to get through the hottest summer days though.
Next door to the hostel is the north korean embassy, what a surprise!

I was surprised when I arrived, to find a hostel that felt more like a hotel to me. The minimalist decor coupled with the clean rooms was a refreshing change from most hostels that one would experience in Europe. The reception was very helpful, while the beds were very comfortable and the rooms spacious. The location was excellent, being only a minute's walk away from the U-bahn station. Breakfast was good and I was well taken care of from start to the end of my stay.
One improvement could be the hostel instituting programmes to facilitate interaction between hostel guests.
Hotel Feature Tip:
This hostel is not your conventional hostel so do not expect kitchens. The hostel does provide hot water for instant noodles etc though

Clean room, great location, friendly helpful staff. Breakfast buffet was included and great value.
Take earplugs as I didn't get much sleep due to a school party of teenagers running up and down to each others rooms at 3 in the morning.
