I stayed this hotel only for one day. it's very clean and located in city center.
Price is reasonable. I think this hotel is suitable for business and family trip as well.
But they do not have mini bar and elec. pot. please take care of this.

Perfect, top to bottom
The room was beautiful with nice tall ceilings. The furniture was modern in style and in excellent condition. The bed's mattress was comfortable.

simply put, i plan to return to the come inn hotel the next time that i am in berlin.
the room was excellent. the bathroom was new and the shower was always warm. i never heard any noise from the other guests from my room. breakfast was extra, but well worth it; my preference of eggs, cheese and coffee were there, as well as breads, fruit, tee, and juices for others. the view from the breakfast room is stunning too. wifi did not work in my room, but it did work flawlessly from the reception area / cafe that is on the ground floor.
Hotel Feature Tip:
In case your room faces the KU-Damm itself, bring earplugs. They will block the street noise quite well.

Freundlicher Service im Hotel, Zentrale Lage zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Frühstück ist empfehlenswert.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Sehenswürdigkeiten sind durch Bus und Bahn gut zu erreichen. Shopping direkt vor der Tür, allerdings nur für Leute mit großem Geldbeutel.

Das Hotel liegt in bester Lage direkt am Kurfürstendamm

Freundliche Damen an der Rezeption,die Zimmer und das Bad kann man für diesen Preis als absolut gut bezeichnen,abgesehen von kleineren Mängeln
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Die Busse zum erkunden von Berlin fahren in unmittelbarer Nähe des Hotels ab,sehr zu empfehlen

sehr schöne und verkehrsgünstige Lage

sehr schöne und verkehrsgünstige lage (trotzdem ruhig), nicht sehr anspruchsvoll innen, aber trotzdem komplett ausgestattetes bad mit föhn.... der safe funktionierte nicht und nachdem wir an der rezeption bescheid gaben, passierte...nix. nun das personal war auch sehr variabel. eine dame sehr hilfsbereit, eine andere eher arrogant. ist halt so. frühstück recht gut, wenn der obstsalat nur nicht mehr halb tiefgefroren gewesen wäre
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Den HOP ON HOP OFF Bus wählen, da sieht man praktisch alles Wichtige in Berlin. Der startet auch nicht weit vom Hotel im Kurfürstendamm. Hier gibts auch viele "high-end" Läden, nicht ganz billige Gegend mit schönen Sachen und viele Restaurants

ein modernes, einfaches und sauberes hotel in guter city-lage direkt am ku'damm/olivaer platz. einfach ausgestattete sehr geräumige zimmer. zimmer zur straßenabgewandten seite war am wochenende sehr ruhig. bus direkt vor der tür, u-bahn-linie 1 sowie s-bahn fußläufig erreichbar. frühstück gem. hotelklassifizierung 3* einwandfrei. hervorragendes preis-/leistungsverhältnis für das von uns gebuchte angebot.

交通の便が良いので、空港を含めてどこに行くのも簡単にアクセスできる。

朝早かったので朝食はしていません。朝５時の出発でも目の前からタクシーを掴まえられるので便利です。またバス停、地下鉄などの便もよいです。
スタッフの対応も英語も十分出来て問題なし。

Номера небольшие, но места для того, чтобы переночевать вполне достаточно. Чисто, убираются каждый день.
Завтраков не брали, рядом прекрасное кафе с кофе и выпечкой.
Отель расположен просто отлично - в 1 квартале от метро и по пути следования прямого автобуса из аэропорта (Тегель).
У выхода из метро и находится прекрасная утренняя кофейня :)
До зоопарка гуляли пешком, дальше на велосипедах.
Ресепшн прекрасен - искали дорогу в город аутлетов, знали только ближайшую ж\д станцию. Девушки через какую-то местную программу расписали нам маршрут, включающий время отправления электрички, автобусов и т.д.
Shopping Tip:
Если вы отправляетесь не за дорогими брендами - вам в город аутлетов. Из этого отела дорога займет около 40 минут. Нужно доехать на автобусе до метро Jungfernheide (автобус 109 в сторону аэропорта), далее на электричке 20 минут до станции Эльсталь (со 2го пути, кажется). Там через 10 минут после прибытия электрички отправляется автобус в город аутлетов. Наша электричка опоздала, мы дошли пешком минут за 15-20
